Germantown tropical smoothie is not the best in the area, I don’t get the quality I want from this location. The flatbread always taste either stale or hard when typically it's thicker and larger, somehow the smoothies either aren't mixed all the way or too watery. I'm not sure what the change was but I hate ordering from this location

The poor staff are overwhelmed, they need at least 1 more person to help out! They made great smoothies and wraps and I didn't mind the 30+ minute wait as they got to other rude customers/pickup orders. I hope they have a great happy holiday.

Staff was great as well as our SUNRISE SUNSET™smoothies and my son's quesadilla.....definitely our new spot!!!

Food was good, but received an Island Detox smoothie (requested in a previous order) when I ordered and was looking forward to drinking their Sunrise Sunset. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is usually on top of things. So this first-time little snafu will be overlooked, because the Island Detox smoothie is pretty good. Just please double check items in the future. Love how they seal their bags with a sticker to prevent tampering with food by drivers between restaurant & delivery location!

Sunrise Sunset is always my favorite bc it's light and fresh. But respectfully, the Maple-kissed Sweet Potatoes was absolute trash.
