You charged me for the drink but it was supposed to be free. Also the oatmeal which normally delicious tasted like soap and in a smaller portion

This should be called a "mini bowl"...wow! And the Acai blend is frozen solid. Ice pick necessary.
For the same price, Nektar, Vitality Bowl, and Jamba all deliver WAY more value.

I've ordered this sandwich CHICKEN PESTO a*lot* and this one is horrid. all pesto, maybe 2 bites of chicken. I'm so disappointed
