My Baja chicken wrap was pretty poorly wrapped and on top of that my lettuce was just the solid hard chunk from the center of the lettuce head! After removing it the volume was gone. Pretty disappointing, especially with how much they charge for their food.

I think the açaí portion of my bowl was expired or freezer burnt, I couldn't eat it because of the bad flavor. I'm not normally one to complain but something about it was not right. I had 3 other people try it to confirm what I was tasting and nobody could finish their portion. I've always loved tropical smoothie but this makes me scared to order something else to try, especially with the bowl being almost $15 and needing to be thrown away.

Smoothies were outstanding to enjoy but I ordered the turkey & bacon with no
Turkey or lettuce I was kinda surprised they didn't add a little more bacon then just the couple pieces they had put on the sandwich

Waited in the drive thru for 10+ minutes, got to the window and was told I had to come inside to pick up order- she couldn't just hand it to me through the window? Okay whatever. Got my food and it was clear that a smoothie was missing so I went back inside to get it. Got home and learned that both the sides for our meals were missing.

Got the wrong order. Order a CHICKEN PESTO but got something else instead. Had bacon in it. The CARIBBEAN JERK CHICKEN had greens in it that tasted stale. I haven't tried their drinks so I'll only give that a try.
