I received half of the salad. Very little spinach and bacon. No salad dressing and too much cheese. Usually the salad is made well but this one was not. I order this salad quite often so I know how it should be. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

The Baja chicken tasted like it had been doused in vinegar, Thai chicken had cilantro when we said not to include, didn't get my drink or the straw I paid $1 for, the sweet potatoes you have to pay extra for weren't even filling up the container and were put in too hot so the plastic was warped and gross, generally disgusting for everything. Just overall really disappointing for the food we did receive. Didn't get a refund on the quality issues when some of it was inedible. Not super happy.

My last 3-5 orders [which have been the same order] have not been as good as I'm accustomed to them being. The smoothies taste more like ice & water because of the imbalanced ratio of fruit to ice/water [even when I pay for extra fruit], and I can't leave special instructions through DoorDash that warn against these recent turnouts.

This is the third time I've ordered a smoothie with lunch. Twice there was no straw provided which seems absurd given it's a smoothie cafe and the other time the smoothie was not sent with the driver. Do better! Bags not sealed either.
However the wrap and smoothie are quite delicious

My lettuce and spinach were brown, it was also wilted. It was inedible. I only had two slices of chicken. It didn't even come with the salsa ranch. I'm highly disappointed because I've ordered this before and other items from this place and I've never received such poor quality.
