HUMMUS VEGGIE wrap is good but never has enough beans, usually too much lettuce or too much rice. Love the smoothies we get - my favorite is the watermelon mojito with no mint & half turbinado and the kids lil limeberry. More than once a seasonal smoothie is missing from the order (didn't get the APPLE PIE PARADISE WITH BISCOFF® COOKIES smoothie & recently didn't get the passion fruit one). Also, most dashers FORGET THE DANG STRAWS...a smoothie with no straw? Terrible. Occasionally, when I get less sugar in the smoothie I can taste freezer burn (from the fruit, I suspect). But, I'm addicted and was ordering these daily for a while. Not perfect, but I do recommend.

Fruit was spoiled, then they don't even use real granola, they used crushed up granola bars. No wonder they're two for the price of one cause it's cheap. Not to mention the portion is soooo small for $15, glad I didn't pay that. If u want a good ACAI BOWL go to smoothie king and pay less for way more. I wouldn't get this again

Love the recyclable bowl because I am a save the planet person. The salad is beautiful which means the presentation was excellent. The Caesar dressing is so so good. First time buying at Tropical Smoothie but won't be the last. I will be back and recommend this place. Love it. :)

The smoothies are wonderfully flavored and the food is fresh. I only gave 3 stars because we ordered the edible straws and didn't receive them even though we paid extra for them. Since you can pay extra for vitamins, energy additives, etc. and those items cost more, and you have to trust that they are actually added without knowing for sure, it causes me concern when something tangible is paid for and then not only left out of the order, but no communication is given about it, and no cost adjustment was made. I could ask DoorDash for a refund on the smoothies, but I didn't feel justified in doing that. I called the store to let them know, and the girl who took the call didn't seem to really care. Oh well. Your mileage may vary.

The price you pay is not worth the amount of food that you get. 30+ dollars for a smoothie and small bit of food is crazy.
