• 15/03/25This restaurant is amazing! The karaage chicken had an incredibly tasty, tangy, and savory sauce. The pork belly was cooked to perfection with a fantastic sear, and the sauce paired perfectly with it. The boquerones were also flavorful. Highly recommend!

• 13/04/25Uchi did it again! The Pork Belly, Spicy Crunchy Tuna, and Karaage were all absolutely delicious. As someone who doesn't love a ton of spice, the spicy crunchy tuna was perfect. Each item came with delicious sauces and everything tasted so light and fresh. At first I felt like it wasnt enough food for two people, but we were definitely satisfied after. Our pork belly wasn't quite cut all of the way which made it hard to eat, but other than that no complaints!

• 18/03/25Absolutely incredible experience! The Walu Walu was hands down the softest, most tender, and juicy fish I’ve ever had—every bite melted in my mouth. The sauce was delicate yet packed with flavor, complementing the dish perfectly. The Spicy Crunchy Tuna tuna roll featured excellent-quality, fresh tuna, and the texture was spot on. The Hamachi? Like butter. Everything was top-notch, from the ingredients to the execution. Can’t wait to order again!

• 14/04/25WOW! This sushi is seriously NEXT LEVEL! The ingredients were so fresh and the sauces were the best I've ever had with sushi. You cannot miss the Zero Sen roll! Perfect combination of savory and crunchy. The front-of-house staff was so kind to explain my order to me, the service was timely and all the right fixings came with my order. This is a must-order for any sushi lover!

• 12/04/25Edamame is really citrusy which I enjoy and is very different from a lot of other places Edamame. I really enjoyed the flavor. The Brussels Sprouts were cooked to perfection. Loved them. Would definitely sway your brussel sprout haters. The Karaage was good and the sauce was delicious but I didnt enjoy the pickled vegtables. I like pickled veggies but these were too sweet. I typically enjoy a spicier vinegary taste with pickled veggies. Overall I would recommend. Good also came hot which is crazy awesome because it wa being delivered to downtown Phoenix from Scottsdale.
