The Pulled Pork Rice Bowl doesn't necessarily look like a show stopper, but the flavor is impressive. Would definitely get again. And the Beef Buns were an excellent blend of flavors

Shoyu Ramen was boring and had only a little meat. Spicy Pulled Pork Buns were just okay. Pork Dumplings were seared too heavily and tough. I was disappointed with the quality of food I received for the price. I’ve loved Umami in the past but this order made me sad; it felt like it came from a less quality restaurant.

Gluten Free Ramen bowl with the pork belly was all and more I was looking for. Always be aure to list allergy level! (celiac-approved!)

The baos were pretty dang good! but the ramen was pretty meh for the same price as like Strings, which is much better.

I ordered the Gluten Free Ramen but added a couple items like the roasted pork and flavor egg. Those ingredients were packaged separately with a warning that they contain gluten (in the soy sauce, presumably). I am grateful because I had no idea and I just got diagnosed with celiac. I will be eating from here again!
