The Fiesta and Build Your Own were outstanding. Large helpings, premium ingredients - worthy of 5 Stars.

I get this item all the time and it is usually wonderful. However today the steak was really over cooked, the Brussels were underseasoned, and there weren't many of them for having to pay an additional fee.

The veggies in the bowl were amazing, as was the ginger sauce . The only critique is the grilled chicken which was pretty much flavorless; I had to add my own sauce. But I was super happy with the amount of food and I only ate half, so tomorrow I can enjoy the other half .

One week old or older tasteless soggy chicken (supposed to be crispy?) that must have been a leftover. Salad overall was tasteless and awful. Tomatoes were overripe and soggy. Salad was 1/3 size we usually get. We love the fiesta bowl but this was absolutely horrid. Will not order again.

I've eaten at Upbeet many times, and as long as I personally go into the store, it seems I can guarantee the quality food they're known for. Online ordering is a different story. I had to choose the Build your Own bowl because they do not allow online order modifications, but I ordered the Aloha Bowl to a T (with a substitute rice).
Typically, they mix the avocado into the before serving you, but what I received was the uncut half of an unripe avocado sitting on top of my bowl. I ended up with a mess of solid avocado that I couldn't event mix in myself.
As for the "macadamia nuts" there was one whole macadamia nut in the bowl. Pretty disappointing for an almost $20 meal. I won't be ordering online again.
