This is the best pizza in Birmingham! The crust is crispy and the Margherita pizza is my favorite. I always mean to take a photo but I've taken out a slice as soon as I get it!

The Chicken Parmigiana had more like a chicken nugget and a bunch of pasta with a dash of cheese. The Pesto Penne with chicken was also a small portion of chicken for an upcharge of 4.00, it was not roasted it was processed and more like Sisco style.
The garlic knots were actually dry rolls and the meal came with the same thing so I paid 9.00 for extra dinner rolls. I highly doubt the Cannoli (Pistachio or Chocolate Coated) (V) both flavors are made daily they also appeared to be second hand. It's hard to feed Italian to an Italian I suppose. This was a door dash order so we paid a pretty penny to have mediocre food delivered. Maybe dining in would have been better as far as portion goes. It's hard to say. I gave a 3 star rating because after all is said and done, the food was tasty and not a total bust. I will actually go to the restaurant location when I'm ready to try the pizza.

Vecchia in the Preserve is a go-to for our family. We love the Meatballs and the Pasta Alfredo! Even when we can't go in person and enjoy the atmosphere and bouncy castle, we still get DoorDash because we cannot get enough of the Spinach & Artichoke Dip!

The sauce is insanely watered down and the taste is not like sauce. It tastes like a can of something that came out the sink. What I'm saying is that it's not that tasty. You'd be better off going with little Cesar's or dominos both of which I do not consider top tier but if this was a contest they would win by a landslide. The sauce is so watered down the pizza dough absorbs the sauce expect all your topping to fall of on the lift. Just go to Salvators or papa John's but this is played out trash. I tossed the box after one bite and I dare the owner to try and comment on this like I'm sorry you had a terrible experience hopefully next time you will have a more enjoyable experience. For you I'd say try again but this is my last time for me. When it comes to the food I eat I have a high standard and if you value your food at high quality you should understand why I shopped with you guys today sadly you guys did not MEET MY STANDARD.
