I am so disappointed with Vicky’s Bakery. I’ve been a frequent customer, and after this experience, I honestly don’t plan on buying from them again. I’ll be taking my business to CAO Bakery instead.
The arroz con leche was absolutely disgusting—it tasted like spoiled milk. The tres leches also tasted spoiled and stale. The guava and cheese pastries were bland, stale, and honestly inedible. And the bread pudding? I can’t even. It was just gross.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I order from here regularly and expected much better quality. Based on what I received, it felt like very old food was being sent out on a delivery order. Customers ordering delivery should receive the same fresh food and quality as someone walking into the bakery, not food that seems like it has been sitting around because it’s less likely to be brought back.
Vicky’s Bakery, you need to do better. Sending out food that tastes spoiled or stale is completely unacceptable, especially to customers who have supported your business repeatedly. Unfortunately, you’ve lost a frequent customer.

The food from Vicky's is outstanding. The Breakfast Sandwich and Pan Con Bistec Sandwich is so yummy! Great every time I order! This is my go-to place for breakfast. You must try!

CROQUETA DE JAMON was not cooked well. the breading was not prepared well, and when fried made it stiffened the breading in section of the CROQUETA, making it hard and edible. it almost tasted old. anyways, this is not always the case when ordered before. everything else tasted great.

VICKY CLASSIC + CAFE
I would recommend not drowning the toast in butter. The eggs, bacon and cafe were on point, but the toast was soggy and really not as edible drenched in butter. had to throw awesome the toast, and for what I paid for the breakfast, I should have enjoyed every bit.
