• 23/07/2310/10. My fiancé has celiacs, and not only did they include the gluten free pasta, but without prompt, included gluten free bread in a separate bag. Also, pasta (gluten and gluten free) is some of the best in Chicago. We will continue to frequent Vinci!

• 13/01/24Really weird that the GF salad didnt include Parmesan cheese. Just because I have celiac disease and can't digest gluten, doesn't mean that I dont love cheese more than my own life. The caprese salad was beautiful, thankfully came with mozzarella. Gluten free bread underwhelming, but grateful that they had it nonetheless.
