My Vegetable Hibachi had lots of fresh veggies and was absolutely delicious! It was a big portion as well. I had plenty left over for lunch the next day. I love a good Cucumber & Avocado Roll and they did not disappoint!

We really enjoy our food from here and treat ourselves at least once a month. However, they seem to have recently changed their crab rangoons, and they are not as good as they used to be. Their recipe has changed, and it's now just a small ball of "drier" crab Rangoon mixture with the wonton twisted on top (versus the original "pinched square" shape). This leaves a small bite of crab Rangoon, and the a lot of leftover crispy/hard wonton, which we just end up discarding. I will not be ordering the crab Rangoon anymore. Also, the darker sauce that comes with the hibachi dinners has changed to more of a ginger-based sauce. Good, but different.

We enjoy Volcano Hibachi! the portion is HUGE. I get the Chicken Teriyaki, and am always satisfied. The chicken is cooked well and has great flavor. The veggies are seasoned and tender crisp. We also enjoy the Crab Cheese Rangoon. I appreciate that they are slightly sweetened.

Whether it's right before they close or when they first open their entrees are awesome sauce. And so generous with their portions. Their chicken is hands down amazing and tonight the chicken was even better than usual every bit is tender just filled with juice flavor. And the shrimp shumi probably spelling that so wrong sorry but it to was amazing especially the sauces . Thanks a bunches u guys never disappoint

Food is always freshly cooked... meat and rice always moist.. sometimes they can give a little more meat lol im greedy but overall perfect hibachi
