For a larger late night order with a couple of hold this and add that too boot, they got it perfectly right. Everything really was great and after a 40 minute ride home the chili & baked potatoes were amazingly still hot. Burgers were still just hot enough that they didn't necessarily need to be reheated either. The buy one get one is a real steal and tomorrow's lunch since my wife and I are both pleasantly stuffed. We haven't had Wendy's in probably months but was just reminded why in a good way they're different and do somethings on the menu better than clowns and kings. Even the burgers were built perfectly. My wife enjoyed as much as I did and was also very happy. Southington Wendy's night crew rules. Thank you

Ordered through DoorDash, and everything was excellent! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. This Wendy’s on Queen Street in Southington is definitely better than other Wendy’s locations I’ve tried. The order was accurate, well-packaged, and the quality really stood out. Great job to the team—I’ll definitely order from here again!

It was pretty good. The biggie bag was good and pretty fresh. The chive potato was dry and they forgot my salt, pepper, and butter. My fries werent filled all the way, so the portion was small.
