The food was tasty but we were missing sauces and there were NO napkins. We had a large order and I think it would've been helpful to have what each item was on the outside of each bag (even handwritten would help). But Wendy's did a great job of putting drinks into a super stable box and packaging well!

They were out of potatoes and replaced it with cheese and bacon fries that are way smaller than the cheese and bacon potato for the same price. My 4 piece nuggets only came with 3 nuggets. And the medium frosty looked like a small frosty.

Total RIP. Nothing big about this burger. It is a kids burger. Veggies are stale and limp. Looks like it was sitting in a pile of other burgers for awhile. Very displeased. Don't order this burger. Better yet, don't order anything from this restaurant. Wasted money.

the fries in my Bacon Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag seemed like they had been sitting there for a while. They seemed like they were not very fresh. the burger bun also seemed either stale / old or like it hadn't been heated properly. the only thing that seemed like it was made to order was the nuggets because they were the hottest thing in the bag. the Classic Chocolate Frosty® was good as always.

Threw my fries and nuggets everywhere in the bag and gave me half of the large fry i ordered. The other bag was perfect though. Thanks for having zero customer service
