I ordered the Cobb Salad. The salad tasted fresh and was very appealing. Everything came packaged neatly including utensils. I did not get the Pomegranate Vinaigrette dressing that I requested; however, I took into consideration that they were possibly out and I did not provide an option for substitution. Nevertheless, this did not minimize food quality or appearance.

the Swiss cheese sauce was all over the outside of my sandwich and wrapper, the hash bowls on my burrito seemed half cooked and the tortilla was so stale that they didn't even fold it all the way. I work in the food industry, and this was just a horrible experience.

Egg was underdone. Cinnabon® Pull-Apart is horrible. They had been microwaved to a hard chunk and icing DOES NOT come with them. If you want the icing, extra $1.25.

Apparently Wendy's night shift doesn't know how to read an order...or they need to have more comprehensive expediters that know the difference between a LARGE & Medium, & the difference between MEDIUM & Small fries.
