The baked potatoes, chili & frosty were great! Curious what brand of ice tea Wendy's is using....it's not quite the same, or as good, as before.

The quality wasn't there. Sloppy sandwich. Even the quality of the saltine crackers was no good. It's sad to pay so much for the food and not having the quality anymore. Your food used to be off the chart. .

The fries were so disgusting. Very old & so much salt that I rinsed them off & that didn't help
dipping them in the chili couldn't help the flavor. Never again buying fries from this store. It's been the same problem over & over. My frosty & chili were ok.

The food is always on point, but there always seems to be at least one small issue every time we order. Last night we were missing a small fry. Tonight the chili is a hot mess. And it wasn't the driver, the inside of the bag was clean. This was a mess that was put into the bag. Oh, and the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty® had no pineapple in it, it was just a vanilla frosty...yummy, just not what I ordered.

First time ever tasting Cinnabon. It was so hard I couldn't cut it with a knife! The coffee was water truly nasty. The egg & cheese biscuits...where was the egg? it was a small tiny minimal egg. The potatoes were also so hard. I felt like my food was left out on the counter for a few days or longer! I love Wendy's but I keep on getting low on the totem pole left over scraps!!! Get it together staff!!!
