We have loved Wendy's spicy chicken filet sandwiches for years if on the rare occasion we eat fast food. Tonight was a shock! The sandwiches have shrunk to the size of a child's sandwich. The chicken that use to be thick and tasty is now like eating a small piece of tasteless cardboard. No more Wendy's for us! Never going there again.

They sent me the wrong frosty, burger was burnt and the fries tasted as if they reheated the ones from the day before. I won't order from then again for a while.

This store can NEVER complete my order correctly and this was the last time I'll order from them again. Something is always missing and we get overcharged for things that are supposed to be "free with purchase". No napkins or utensils and NEVER any of the condiments requested. Part of a sour cream and chive baked potato is the sour cream. I'll never understand why the order is wrong when it's right on the paper in front of them. Fries were completely missing from the order and one of the drinks was wrong. I have never left a DoorDash review but this store is terrible.

The Bacon Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag was to be expected, however, I got a vanilla frosty when I had ordered a chocolate frosty. There was also no straw for my drink, no spoon for the frosty and no napkins.
