Burger was extremely dry. Did not provide a fork for my baconator fries. I ordered BBQ sauce and they gave me honey mustard so that was a waste of money, and my fries had one little sprinkle of cheese on them so more like bacon dry fries. I'm not really sure why it's so hard to give fresh food for your obnoxiously high prices.

The frosty was fine, the cheese fries   had Very Little Cheese on it, and the Baconator had NOTHING on it, overcooked burgers, hard bacon, and no katsup, mayo, mustard, onions or anything.. VERY BAD

The vanilla frosty cold brew was disgusting. It tasted like melted frosty with ice in it and no hint of coffee. I ordered an unsweetened tea and got a sweet tea. I arrived one minute before the estimated pickup time, and everything was room temperature, because it'd been sitting on a kindergarten cubby next to the door.  There was no option to order a regular frosty. On the plus side, the fries are still good cold, and the pricing of the Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag is better than average.   I'll just go through drive through and avoid the cold brew drinks next time.

My Caramel Crunch Vanilla Frosty Fusion™  was totally melted by the time it arrived, which suggested that it was made and left to sit, considering it's only a 2 mile drive from the restaurant to my house. I also paid an additional 1.20 in order to get extra toffee pieces and may have gotten 3 pieces in my entire large cup. The French fries were half filled and cold, and I did not receive the BBQ or ketchup I asked for.

The Cinnabon PullAparts was so stale and dry i couldn't eat it. the drink was nasty. Looked like mud at first then curdled immediately. Not edible. Very disappointing especially for the cost
