spicy nuggies were fresh and soft/wrap was well prepared/fries were nice and hot! strawberry lemonade was blended to perfection, great job! (ordered around 830 pm)

We usually order from here frequently because food is good, accurate, and hot.
but lately, last couple months, (June- August), we've definitely noticed a decline in quality and attention to detail.
gotta ask your self, would you eat it? before baging and tagging for any customer.
today was a Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger Combo , dry.. and missing the actual beef!
also ordered Dave's Combo , although the burger was good this time, the large fry was much closer to the medium and cool.
please do better.
Wendy's has always been a favorite. would love to keep it that way...

Baconator was prepped per how i orderd it
And ver neat wrapped which for a late night order is rare excellence, minor ding on the jr bacon combo didnt receive requested condiments , wife not happy , life not happy but the actual food was delicious

Cinnabon® Pull-Apart were microwaved too long and hard. Large Chili was mostly juice, very little beer or beans. Very DISAPPOINTING!!!

A bit tired of ordering from this store and it constantly being wrong. I live not even five minutes from this Wendys and on multiple occasions my food arrives cold with missing items. Today, I ordered a 6 piece 6 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets with a small fry and a 10 PC. Crispy Chicken 10 PC. Nuggets Combo and a Root Beer and High-C. I got two Root Beers, all French Fries were hard and stale, and we received no condiments after asking for barbecue and ranch. Overall terrible customer service, especially in person too.
