I've recently been getting my Crispy Chicken Sandwich with lettuce instead of the bread bun. Loving that they take care to prepare it correctly. Thank you!!!

Incredibly slow service that left myself and the dasher extremely dissatisfied. The chicken patties for both Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant Combo and our Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuit Combo were nearly burnt and very hard. We will not be ordering from this Wendy's again.

The chili is burnt. It is dry and looks like it was scraped from the bottom of the pan.
Chicken patty was over cooked and dry.

Son of Baconator® Combo I ordered son of a baconator with lettuce tomato pickle and no ketchup.....it was plain the combo is $15 so yes I do have a problem with it not being like I ordered it. not to mention No frosties which I had a upcharge for which again is not a problem if I'm getting what I paid for.so at the end of the day my order was incorrect and I was over charged.

Baconator Fries had no bacon or cheese sauce just shredded cheese and it looked like it had been sitting there for hours as it took almost an hour of my dasher waiting for the food. Then my drink was a medium not a large.
