If these new "hot and crispy" fries were designed to make people hate french fries, then they are succeeding admirably, because they are inedible.

These chicken nuggets have seen better hours. They’re hard, dry, and darker than they would be if they were fresh. Wendy’s on Shallowford Road is notorious for this.
For over a decade, I’ve been consistently disappointed with the same subpar food from the same mediocre restaurant. My son has ASD and only eats about five foods. Unfortunately, these chicken nuggets rank second on that list.
Since the Shallowford Road location is the closest to my house, I frequently order their chicken nuggets. It’s upsetting and expensive that a significant portion of them end up in the trash.

The worst breakfast sandwiches ever. The enlish muffin seemed stale and weren't even warm. The sandwich eggs were undercooked. I had to take them off the sandwich because they were very runny. I wont order breakfast from Wendy's again.

The whole bottom of these Cinnabons were overcooked and dry. It was horrible. Sour Cream and Chive Baked Potato was dry and overcooked and missing the sour cream!

The sandwich was soggy, and the chicken was dry and thin. The drink was not wrapped or sealed, there was no cover or sticker, making it difficult to trust that it wasn’t compromised.
