The baconator was missing the lettuce I added on and they didnt give me the honey mustard and ranch on the side. But the Baconator® Combo with baconator fries were good per usual. The ice wasnt melted in my drink like it is from some restaurants downtown so I know they made it fresh for the dasher. I love this specific location so I'll be ordering from them again.

Most of my large order of fries were inedible, not due to the peeling, but due to rot on the potatoes and they were cold. The meat on all three burgers were super thin, over cooked (hard), and cold. The burgers all looked the size of kids burgers when two of the three were supposed to be double cheese burgers for adults. Total waste of almost $40 on one Jr cheeseburger, two double cheeseburgers, on large one medium and one small fry. This is the third strike for this restaurant.

They were out of a drink that I wanted. I was charged for it because it was extra. Also, yesterday they charged me for sauce that they didn't put in bag.

We've been in town working from out of state and are staying near this Wendy's location. So when we order through Doordash this is the store they use. Tonight will be the absolute last time we order from this store, order inside or through the drive-thru. I understand being busy or having an off day but when they send the 3 grilled chicken wraps and the tortilla wraps are so dried out and old they're cracking and falling apart its just plan not caring. They just throw the ingredients together like they're blind folded and not even the correct ingredients we chose from the order then loosely wrap them up with everything falling out. Our burgers were dried out as well and the buns were hard as a rock and all of it was cold. We aren't ones to complain but this store is awful and it happens frequently. After 7pm is normally the worst time but its happened various times of the day. I hope the franchise owner or manager can correct these issues for future customers.

I was given a differnt cookie than I ordered, the bread on my sandwich was a little stale, and I order the large and they gave me a small fry
