Baconator fries were a big lump of fry and cheese with whole strips of bacon on top & no cheese sauce! Got a Jr Baconator with lettuce instead of the bun because they offer it and i got one small piece of lettuce and salad thrown in with my burger, 0/10 for this store.

The Baconator® made low carb are great. It would be wonderful if Wendy's would stop using toxic black plastic packaging for their orders. Please change to packaging that is compostable, recycle friendly and non-toxic.

The drink arrived unsealed and without a straw. Drink came unsealed and without straw. The dasher mentioned that he specifically requested a straw and asked the staff to properly cover the drink, but the request was ignored. The staff appeared more focused on chatting among themselves during their shift change than ensuring customer satisfaction. A shift change should not affect the quality of service provided to customers.

Both of the Grandkids were able to get their Burgers exactly the way they like everything cooked fresh. Our portion sizes were fulfilling to our stomachs. I always order the same thing and I've never been dissatisfied in over 40+ years.
