This chicken sandwich used to be the best, I used to even think it was better than any other fast food sandwich I would eat. But they changed it. Now it's barely better than a lousy school lunch chicken sandwich and I know for a fact they changed the filet. It doesn't have the same crisp, the same flavor, the same juicy goodness that I loved. Not only that they also changed the packaging to resemble another fast food chicken sandwich. I ate it but not with the same love. Also it would be great if they had an option to put ice burg lettuce instead of leaf lettuce. Whataburger please go back fo making the chicken sandwich how you used to, and not this. This did not hit. Disappointed. And sad.

I order the #2 double meat with American cheese and onion rings. You gave me a single with white cheese and the onion rings are over cooked and hard, maybe old. Very disappointing being I paid extra for the double meat and onion rings
