Besides the burger looking squished, everything was good and delicious. The size of the chicken strips left nothing to wish for. The burger patties tasted fresh, the fries not so much. would order again although sometimes they miss today was not one of those times.

fries were fine. I didn't eat the chicken right away, so I was expecting it to not be as hot. My first strip was ok, but the second one came out like this. I'm glad I didn't bite into it directly & had just torn off a piece. It's either dark meat or this one specifically came out bad. I checked my last strip & it's white all the way through. First time this happened to me from any Whataburger. Only reason it's not less is that everything else was fine & it was packaged with the tamper proof tape like I like it.

Meal was cold and bun was hard. Drink had excessive ice. I tapped on jalapeño but I guess it didn't pick up cause no jalapeño was in bag & I wasn't charged. The driver left my bag with the receptionist so I wasn't able to see who had my order & give them an additional cash tip. Whole situation was disappointing

The order took so long by the time it actually arrived it was cold. The Cinnamon Roll tastes almost raw! Like they took it out of the fridge and placed it in the styrofoam container.
