• 6/05/26Ordered a burger with only cheese and ketchup with large fries, received medium fries and a burger with everything on it except for cheese or ketchup. Receipt was handwritten and the patties were dried out.

• 11/06/25Chicken strips tasted like they were prepared in old grease. The burger was dry. No mayo after I asked for mayo and mustard.
