After ordering at Whataburger Eastchase location through Doordash for pickup I waited an additional 25 minutes after arriving at store before I received food that was poorly prepared. At first they couldn't find my order and I had to tell them in detail what I ordered. While I stood there waiting, the cashier asked if I was good as though I had received my order. After I told her I hadn't received my order yet, she went to the back and then came back and proceeded to take other orders. The cashier did not confirm that my order was being prepared or that it will be coming shortly, no words of affirmation. Finally, I received my order and there was barely any lettuce, the end piece of sliced tomato, very skimpish for a no bun order. I was not comfortable eating it because of the poor customer service and threw it in the trash on my out.

My sprit was watered down and my burger was just slopped together. The bun is on one side and the tomatoes all on the other. The taste of the sprite was so awful i only had one sip
