The chicken and cheese was made carelessly, and the cheese was not normal tasting, except for the cheese fries were very good and filled generously. The freshness wasn't as good as expected. Would I order again probably this is probably just a mistake as I love White Castle so so much I would order again.

The shake is thick. No point in giving a straw, it can't be used. The sliders are ok but when I ask for extra ketchup all I get is a light smear of it, really not enough. There's lots of pickle though.

My rating is bad today because my fish was almost burnt and my burgers literally had a drop of ketchup on them, they need to let a customer ask for condiments on the side!

Waited an hour and a half. The food is good as always but no one should have to wait that long. Not a knock on White Castle it's a knock on the delivery service.
