Wild Chef always gets it right, even special requests like extra ginger. They use the freshest ingredients. I order from them every time I want sushi!

As always, great portion sizes. Enough for a nice dinner and leftovers for a small lunch. The sushi was fresh and came with an excellent amount of wasabi and ginger. I always like more ginger but I had enough for a slice after every sushi section. I ordered the Caterpillar Roll and Ring of Fire for myself and the Filet Mignon for my husband. I forgot to take a picture of the Ring of Fire but each section was placed on its side with a tower of spicy salmon loosely shaped like a flame, I could associate it with the name.

I ordered my hibachi New York strip medium rare and it's so overcooked that I can hardly chew it. $45 for a steak should be prepared correctly.

The Crab Ragoon from here might be the most insane thing I have ever had in my life. Omg so good!!!! Such good food. Lived in the area almost two years and just now found out about this restaurant. lol
