Both the Prime Rib (10 Oz.) and sides were great. Prime Rib cooked to the perfect temp..: not too much fat. It was a bit pricy, but I'll definitely order from them again!

Ordered the Prime Rib (22 Oz.), no longer worth it. Weight with container + steak + loads of burnt herbs was only a pound. Taste was mid at best. Broccoli side was 2 pieces. The Wildfire Chopped Salad was tasty but barely filled 1/4 of the containers and made for a side salad for one. We ordered/ate here often but the value, quality, and consistency has gone down so much lately that it is no longer worth ordering here--even if the Blacberry Creme Brulee Pie and cherry pie are still great much of the time. It is possible it was a delivery issue but there is no way to know because there is a lack of any order tampering measures like sticker sealing the bags.

Chopped salad went downhill. Minimal chicken and avocado to the point we thought they forgot to add both. Charged $2 for extra dressing except they just sent the usual amount. This had been a regular order for us for over a decade but it's no longer worth the $34+

Portions getting smaller and smaller and prices keep increasing. I love the French dip but its hard to justify $29 for a sandwich that keeps shrinking in size. Au gratin potatoes were bland.

I was disappointed with the full slab of ribs I received today. The rack was very thin and short, and the amount of meat was essentially the same as the half slab I ordered previously. I paid for a full slab but did not receive a portion that reflected that. I hope you'll improve quality control and ensure customers receive the portion they're paying for.
