I always order the 3 piece chicken Tender Dinner (3 Pcs). I love how big and crispy the tenders are. It comes with a side of your choice, a roll, gravy and drink. I also got a pepper pack ( not pictured). I always get mashed potatoes with cream gravy and a side of cream gravy. I also choose strawberry soda for my drink.
The only thing wrong with this location, you have to check your bag! They got my order wrong and I had to park to go inside.

the chicken was great and so was the customer service. I asked for extra ketchup bc we were moving and they put in plates too. so appreciate. very thoughtful. Corn Fritters are always perfect and fresh.

Normally, the Okra is golden and perfectly fried. This time the okra was over fried... I ended up having to throw it away. In the pick I took out the Okra to show what they looked like.. they were packaged.

One of my thighs were undercooked but luckily I didn't swallow it. The other 2 pieces were good so I didn't complain. I was hungry so I didn't feel like calling or anything. I put this as only store feedback because I love this Williams. Just wanted to let yall know

Ordered the Livers & Gizzards Dinner & every single liver was overcooked to the point they all tasted hard and burnt on the inside. Completely inedible & a waste of money. Lastly, they no longer include gravy in the meals - you have to order it extra. Bad quality overall and bad value. Going to Chicken Express next time - this was disgusting and disappointing.
