• 4 days agoAlways great! Perfect Family pack for 4! It's so good, everyone ate it before I could take pictures of it. The ribs were juicy and full of flavor. The tri-trip was rich and tender. Definitely a family favorite.

• 30/05/26First of all, I can say this is the most authentic Carolina Style BBQ in the OC. Everything from the ribs(both beef and Baby)to the Roasted Chicken is fall off the bone tender. No gristle or fat to be found,an all around perfect representation of fire smokehouse cooking. Great kids options with a flare of country home cooking. Will be a regular patron of this establishment for a long time to come.

• 10/02/22Husband loves the Tri tip they don't cut it for you which is nice you cant usually eat the whole thing so it stays nice for the next day - VERY goody and tender
I LOVE the BBQ Chopped Salad i don't do any proteins in it doesn't need it but i do add the Pan-Roasted Corn with feta, chili OMG SOOOOOOO Good and when I'm real hungry i never miss out on the BBQ beans they are the best I've ever had

• 19/12/25This is our family's second time ordering Baby Back Ribs full rack and Kids Baby Back Ribs. The food and temperature holds up great. My kids also loved the Mac n cheese that comes with the kids dishes. The flavorful side dishes we loved are the Pan-Roasted Corn with feta, chili, green onion and Tangy Peanut Coleslaw. We will definitely be ordering all of these again!!
