• 13/06/26Pickles weren't a full order and were fried until almost burnt. Tea tasted awful. Chicken was over fried but fries barely cooked.

• 30/05/26The chicken strips were cooked too long, they had plenty of sauce but the chicken was hard. I took 2 bites and wasn't able to eat the rest of the chicken strips. I ate fries and toast. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with Zaxbys.
