Everything is fresh for the most part they even took the time to write strawberry and cherry on the cups! It tastes pretty good because I've been craving zaxbys for a week! The portion is pretty good I upgraded to a large fry so I think they listened but they for sure gave me extra seasoning like I asked!! I would definitely order again!!

Chicken is Always good , but absolutely No bacon on the salad and they don't put enough lettuce on it to suit me. Thats alot of money for a salad for it to be half there!

Not sure if they can't read or what but this place has Horrible service paid 26$ for wings and things just to get 3 BURNT tenders and fries when the order is on the receipt CLEARLY!! your better off ordering from any other zaxbys BUT FLATROCK!! GET IT TOGETHER !!

I ordered the meal with 5 fingers and only got 3 plus the slaw was soured. My husband was very disappointed with his meal!

Dry Rub Chicken Finger Plate sitting in a puddle of grease. No dipping sauce even though it was ordered.
