Ordered 4 finger plate. The entire plate was room temp and stale, fries soggy, "toast" was soggy, chicken fingers tough to even bite into. Also one of the fingers was less than half the size of a normal chicken finger from Zaxby's- it really couldn't be swapped out or just throw in another one?

I broke my own rule & ordered salad "zalad" on a weekend not thinking & regretted it. They must prep a bunch on Friday & serve all weekend. Unfortunately my The Cobb Zalad® had tons of black slimy lettuce throughout the bowl. I picked at it & tossed most of it. The chicken tenders were really good. Note to self & anyone else... careful ordering salads on the weekend. Otherwise everything else was great.,

The boneless wings I always love. The Chicke Bacon Ranch Loaded Friesn are literally a meal! Everything was fresh & flavorful & I absolutely will order again. Thank you.

I've never had old chicken from Zaxbys until now.... nasty! Breading was falling off. Plus I ordered unseeet tea, upgraded to a large fry & large drink... they sent sweet tea & like 10 fries. No ranch & just a totally gross order. Please see pics.... the salad was fine.

Great 8 Boneless Wings Meal was great! Tea was accurate & fresh too. The chicken Zaxb Spicy Signature Sandwichwich was wrong! It was just chicken with no sauce added. Portions are fair & we will order again it's just twice now that they sent no sauce on a "spicy" we chose tongue torch but received plain.
