I have to brag on zaxby today! It's Christmas Eve 1:28pm AND OMG MY PLATE WAS THE MOST PERFECT ITS EVER BEEN. I struggle with them putting large fries on my Kickin Chicken Sandwich plate. BUT TODAY THEY DID THE LARGE FRY AN GOT EVERYTHING PERFECT !!!! Thank you so much for being amazing! Merry Christmas Eve :)

You could smell the food before the bag was even opened. It smells like old, burnt grease. My daughter couldn't even eat it bc it tasted so bad.
We also ordered a 4 piece chicken tender plate and received a Zax Snack instead.
I never have issues with Hartwell Zaxbys but this was terrible.

Paid for a large fry and barely got a regular one. Tried calling they told me I have to go through DoorDash because I didn't pay them I paid DoorDash.

The wings were tiny, had almost no meat and what was there was as dry as jerky.
