Ordered a 4 finger plate and a gallon of tea.
The fries had no seasoning at all and only received 3 of 4 tenders. To top it off the tea was damaged in the delivery making it spill from the bottom of the gallon jug.

Food was cold like not even lukewarm. I paid $18 for half the meal to not be in the box. Missing a chicken tenders, toast and only one cookie , and I dont think they have fry seasoning cause if you ask for extra you get bland fries without. This is twice ths month this Zaxbys has gone down hill. Keep in mind the image below was $18 just itself!

Manager was SUPER nice! I had a problem with my order a little over a month ago, and he was nice enough to still help as I was not aware of the 30 day policy. Will remember for next time if it ever happens again, but overall, amazing! Food was so good, super seasoned, and still hot!

Started to eat some because I'm pregnant and impatient. It tastes superrrr good still hot and they gave me an extra tender. Very good

The chicken was good, but the fries were old and unseasoned, and there wasnt any sauce for any of the meals.
The boneless wings were supposed to be sauced, but they had almost nothing on them and they were rubbery and hard to chew.
