ordered food as soon as they opened, got the Fried White Cheddar Bites and they only gave me 8 pieces. not worth the $6.59

Assuming that Zaxby's was Out of Fries?? Ordered a Big Zax's Meal and received 3 Chicken Fingers and 2 Pieces of Toast (COLD). but NO Fries. Also, the 2 Eggrolls that I received were BURNT beyond Recognition. The House Salad was delicious as always! NOT AT ALL a TYPICAL experience from this restaurant!

The portion of fries was so small. When you're paying $12 bc u upsized and get less fries than half a regular order plus they leave out your sauce so u get to eat dry food.

Would have been nice if we received the sauces we ordered. We did not even get any sauces that was supposed to come with the meals. Also would have been nice to receive the correct drinks we ordered. They couldn't even get that correct. Otherwise the chicken was pretty good

The extra sauce I ordered was damaged upon opening..door dash wasn't the problem, Zaxbys in Clarkesville Ga failed to put proper ranch in the bag.
