Portion side was very small for both Boneless Wings MealFried White Cheddar Bites. Flavor was bland even with sauces covering the Boneless Wings Meal. Fried White Cheddar Bites had no flavor as well. Breading overall on both items here has a very unseasoned taste. Toast was basically just a slide of wonder bread with butter on it.
Birthday Cake Milkshake was the only thing that was decent

We've been to Zaxby’s in NC many times. It's always good food at a decent price. So glad to see they recently expanded their menu with great new options. Their sweet tea is a favorite. Always a top choice when we are hungry. Thank you!

Everything about this meal was a let down... from the chicken fingers being so small and just tasting like a glorified chick fil a, to the Texas toast that tasted like I just threw some stupid butter on toast, and the wings 6 drums and 4 wings... the size a local pizza shop buys a disgrace for the price and moving forward I think I may just stay with raising canes this zaxbys is nothing like any I had down south that's for sure

Tenders are fresh (and seasoned), fries could be crispier but still really good (and seasoned). I'd skip the Fried Pickles next time they were just okay.

Not good. I was so excited to see Zaxby's in my area since I loved them whenever I have been down south. This is NOT EVEN CLOSE to the quality that they have down in the southern states.

Tenders were dry, fries were damp. Didn't feel fresh as my all. Very disappointing to see these successful companies expand and not be able to maintain quality.

Sadly, I will not be returning. I was eager to have another chicken option in the area. This fell short for so many reasons.
