The cheese wasn't on the sandwiches it was stuck in the bottom of the box. And there was just about 10-12 fries in the box

Food was so cold and tasted like it was cooked in 10 day old oil. I ordered a large frie and got half of the fries. No salt on the fries.

Too many crinkle fries! I received 4 boxes! Most of the fries were undercooked! No Zac sauce at all for my many fries or my finger plate! Chicken was overcooked and not edible!

Both salads had quit a bit of bad brown slimy lettuce. We end up having to pick out the bad pieces before we could eat. The fried chicken was also not fresh, it seemed as if it had been earlier in the day making it very dry.

The Cole slaw is nasty and there's no way to order it without it and the fries fall in it getting soggy
