Night service was extraordinarily awful. I didn't get what I paid for, and the food tasted of tobacco and smoke from being burned. A location close to us shut down from similar violations.
Fries were stale and purposefully not seasoned. I'm an avid consumer of Zaxby's, but I would not order from this location again.

everything was good, especially my Fried Pickles. my 3 Chipotle Ranch Chicken Finger Tacos + Drink was good but it had a lot of shredded cheese on it same for pico. over all my order was very good just next time I won't get shredded cheese or pico with my 3 Chipotle Ranch Chicken Finger Tacos + Drink

The sweet tea was sent to us (via 3rd party)
with no seal on the lid and the egg rolls were burnt to a crisp.

Forgot slaw.
Fries were cold and underccoked and covered by two pieces of bread.
Bottom Line: They get my order wrong 98% of the time.
