I ordered a 6 finger plate and got 5 after I already had to go back because there was no sauce in the bag. I got sauce that wasnt even half way filled up. Very disappointing feeling as if I'm wasting money (which I am) getting shorted on food that was not prepared correctly.

I was very disappointed with my order from Zaxby’s. The grilled chicken was extremely hard, cold, and overcooked. The spicy chicken was also very dry, and the fries were cold by the time I received them. For spending nearly $50, I expected much better quality and freshness.
This meal was not worth the money, and I hope the restaurant pays more attention to food quality and consistency in the future.

We really like the value of the family finger meal as a family of 6 it's perfect for us. Zaxby's always has our food ready for pickup by the time we get there and the order is always correct.
