This was the worst experience I've had with this Zaxbys. I ordered two items- Boneless Wings - 10 and Fried White Cheddar Bites. The cheddar bites weren't warm at all. They were so stale to the point they were almost hard. Also I paid over $6 for them and the container wasn't even half full. The photo I took is exactly how the bites came (except the one I bit). I could tell the boneless wings were also old. They weren't warm and the only thing saving them was the sauce. My dasher picked up and delivered my food within 20 minutes of me ordering so I know the low quality of my food had nothing to do with the wait time. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because I've been to this Zaxbys in person several times and know that they can do much better. However, the last few times I have ordered from them using DoorDash my food has been close to terrible. I paid $19 (not including fees and a tip) for this meal. The customer not being physically at the store is no excuse for lowering quality. I will not be ordering from here again through DoorDash.

We are from NYC and have never had Zaxby's before. Since moving here, we've seen commercials for the Asian Zensation Zalad and were very excited to try it out. Giving this a 10 out of 10. It was so delicious and the egg roll was awesome! I highly recommend this for lunch or dinner. Believe me, you'll be happy you tried it!

I already sent evidence to doordash yesterday but I ordered peach sweet tea and a 6 finger plate but I only received 3 tenders and my peach sweet tea was bland with no peach flavoring. I should've known something was up when my order was done tooo quickly. But the tenders they did send me were flavorful. overall the experience gets 2 stars as i only received 11.00 refund out of the 40.00 i paid for express tipping and the meal itself. Hopfully my next takeout experience at zaxbys can make up for the last..Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz

The Basket of Texas Toast was not toasted on both sides and flat. Not like Texas toast at all!! Very disappointing!!!:-(. The Funnel Cake with Caramel Sauce was so small it was NOT worth the price I paid :-(. Haven't yet tried the salad but i hope its not disappointment too

Son loved the Boneless Wings & Things
I loved the Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz it was good as usual however I was upset that I did not get the slaw I ordered- was looking forward to it.
We love Zaxbys and will order again hopefully I will get the Cole slaw with the Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz that I always order. This doesn't usually happen have always gotten what we ordered.
Very good portion and very juicy and tasty!
