the chicken continues to shrink in size, but we can accept that. whate didnt like was howthe fries and chicken were old, dry, and rubbery.the bread for the 2 Nibblerz® was also really over-cooked to the point that they were blackened and had a deep char taste. we also paid to upgrade the fries to larges, but didn't receive them. Zaxby's in general is good,but this experience was not.

The quality of this place has been going down for years. Barely any fries or seasoning when I order extra fries, chicken tenders are somehow getting smaller, and they can never get an order right. Im usually forced to go back after I leave to get what I paid for!

As much as we like the flavor of Zaxby's chicken, the quantity and quality are continually declining. I've gotten pieces of sweet and sour chicken that were larger than my chicken fingers. I truly believe the problems started when they stopped allowing you to choose your dipping sauce. I don't feel that it's fair to pay extra to get the sauce you want.

I love zaxbys, especially the lemon pepper rub, but the cole slaw needs to be put in a seperate cup with a lid bc the juices leak all over everything during transport and cause everything to taste like crap, also we need an option to substitute the cole slaw out for people that doesnt want slaw

I order this regularly & it is usually amazing. Today, not so much! Maybe one slice of bacon, no seasoning when I asked for extra! Fries not cooked fully. Portion smaller than normal, it's usually loaded! All my other times ordering this would be a 10/10 but not today.
