The portion was definitely off, tenders were way smaller then normal and only received 2 and 1/2...I ordered a four piece tender. Tasted way too salty and was heavily seasoned on the fries and tenders. Not a normal experience , maybe they just had a long day. Don't know if I would order again.

The chicken wasn't fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting for a while under heat lamps and it was overly salty. The size of the chicken strips was pretty scrawny. I also ordered a side of coleslaw and it was not in the to go box or the bag.
This was a DoorDash order so I couldn't really do anything different to let the restaurant know of my missing item.
I thought spending this amount of money would have saved us in at least the quality of the food but it disappointed us. Will not be ordering again.

first time ever ordering from Zaxby's and im very disappointed. Ordered Traditional Wings - 20 count but only got 15. They were delicious though, shakes were amazing and the fried pickles, 😋 fire!!!!

Fantastic Zalads. A little skimpy on the fries but that's ok because they are delicious.

Missing chicken. Supposed to be six piece got 4 1/2. Have been a very loyal customer. I am very upset about the lack of quality with this order.
