• 16/05/25for my first ever experience from ordering from Zaxby's I give it a 7.5 out of 10. the toast was very bland and squishy, and the fries were definitely not seasoned enough, more like whole potato fries if anything. however the chicken along with the branded sauce was decent. also they definitely held back on the sauce, ordered like 15 chicken strips and they gave me like two packets, bruh. I also ordered a large drink with the meal, and they filled it up halfway, definitely not worth the 30 something dollars I paid for it, more like a $20 meal at the most.

• 11/09/25Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries were awesome we're carnivores so we added the Chicken Fingerz™ - 5 for some Xtra protein which were also very juicy and tasty everything was fast, fresh and Delicious the only downside was not enough chicken. I order from y'all about 2 times a week so yes I will order again 100%, and this order was perfect thanks to both Zaxby's and my driver. Awesome job guys keep it up.

• 22/10/25the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries taste, freshness, decent portions this time.All in all it was awesome very tasty most definitely will be ordering again. this is one of our top favs. we just like more protein on the fries so we order an extra 5 pc Chicken Fingerz™ - 5 super job guys all around thanks

• 5/10/25Quality was sub par. Usually I get fresh quality food but this occasion my chicken tasted like it was dropped back into the fryer after being held, there were also a lot of the Great 8 Boneless Wings that were not sauced. Some were gummy some were double fried. Fries were also tasting like they were double fried after being held.. my husbands wings were tiny!! All around was not pleased and i probably will not order from here again

• 25/04/26The food was was so old. Tenders was dry n not fresh. I ask for season on the side and they did the total opposite. I will never order again from here
