Normally, I get great food and great service from Zaxbys and I have 0 complaints. Which is why I still gave a 5 star. Today I guess they were off their game because my 6 PC had only 5 tenders. I didn't ask for coleslaw and the fries weren't as done as normal, some were still hard.

i feel i paid 13 dollars for a small amount of Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and that wasn't what i was expecting and there was no seasoning or ranch like i asked for

I only got half an order of cheese bites compared to the last time I ordered!! And didn't get no sauce

They never forget extra sauces, very consistent and food always arrives crispy and fresh! One of the only places we can rely on to get everything right when we order

There was only 2 tenders in my bag and there is supposed to be 3 with the combo. Also I asked for extra lemon pepper dry rub on the side but it was not lemon pepper it was a garlic dry rub.
