We ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries, but they didn't have any ranch on them. Also very little cheese, bacon, and chicken. My Fried Pickles were crunchy and burnt. My friends Kickin Chicken Sandwich was dry as well. No ranch. Very disappointing...

They were very fast and thorough with the coverings but my cobb salad was a little punier than usual and for the 23 dollars I spent for just a salad and a medium drink i was disappointed

Food is always fresh, tasty, and they aren't skimpy with their sides. I do wish that it wasn't so expensive, but other than that it's good. Packaging is always neat.

Salad had the tomatoes that didn't look fresh. Also the fried onions tasted super stale like they were left out for a long time before being put in the salad

The Veggie Egg Rolls were a bit overcooked, but otherwise they tasted great! I enjoyed the Spicy Signature Sandwich, which tasted fresh and the chicken was nice and filling! The Strawberry Fanta I got really tied it all together, and i'd likely order from here again, just not the Egg Rolls!
