• 4/02/25Ordered the 2 Nibblerz® side of Basket of Texas Toast and a Crinkle Fries - Large. Usually the toast comes with 3 but I just got 2 that's okay I guess. Everyhing else is nice and hot

• 24/03/25I received the smallest wings I've ever seen..the fries had almost no seasoning, and I ordered extra fries with extra seasoning. I literally counted 10 fries. And my drink was spilled all over the porch, which isn't Zaxby's fault, but it was just overall disappointing. Especially having paid almost $20 for this mess. I hope everyone else actually get what they pay for.

• 8/02/26I ordered 20 chicken fingers and got ten. Took a picture of how many I got and put my receipt. On top of that I got no Zax sauce for any chicken fingers.
I order Zaxbys a lot and 6 out of 10 times they get it right. If I didn't love chicken so much I'd never order again

• 8/07/26We ordered buffalo sauced chicken fingers and buffalo sauced wings. Both were dry with barely any sauce. The fries were overcooked and seemed like they have been sitting awhile.
