I liked the grilled chicken salad. Could have actually had a bit more chicken in it for the price but the taste was good.

all the seasoning was dumped into one spot on my lemon pepper Chicken Finger Plate - Sauced 5 Fingers and all the fries. we asked for extra seasoning on the fries and ALL the seasoning was dumped in one spot. trying to eat around that was very disappointing. we essentially got a pile of inedible fries and a pile of bland fries. I had to wipe seasoning off of my chicken to make it edible. I've gotten the lemon pepper several times and it has never been this over powering. it may be because the tenders were broken small pieces this time. over all very disappointed. this food is far too expensive to have such poor quality. zaxbys on e liberty street is normally great and I would recommend the meals themselves, just not from this location anymore.

I ordered a nibblers, with french fries, I only got about eight french fries total, and when I open the box the sandwiches were barely put together, looked very rushed. Are used to work at a Zaxby's and I've always enjoyed their food but this was disappointing, not worth the $12

Food was piss poor egg roll was so hard and tiny for 4.86 and my fries had seen it's better days they wasn't fresh little to no fries mind u it's was $15 for what I though where 2 egg rolls and a decent bit of fries don't order after 8 disappointed

I ordered a grilled Cobb Zalad and everything was miss from it minus 5 small pieces of chicken, pinch of cheese and some tomatoes. Very disappointed in the fact these salads are so expensive and to buy one and not even get half of whats supposed to be on it!
